Can we use the college
site for filming?
Unfortunately, we can only allow access to our site for
filming to a television production company or a commercial film
producer. Please contact us for more information, please note
we may charge a fee for commercial filming.

photographs of firefighters that we can reproduce in
publications?
We do have a library of images that can be made available,

Can we link to your
website?
Generally, there are no restrictions with linking to our
website. If you would like us to supply a banner for
this purpose, please contact us.

I've forgotton my
Firelearn password, what can I do?
If you have previously accessed the system and changed the email
address to your own, all you have to do is click 'forgot logon' on
the Firelearn home page. If this does not work,
because your email address is different, please contact us.

I can't access my
course on Firelearn, what can I do?
As soon as your course has been allocated to you, you will
receive an automatically generated email from us. If you have
received this email, and have been into the system, you need to go
back in and from the menu, select 'description' this will
activate a popup - if you click 'yes' your course material will be
available.

I'm an elected member,
can I arrange a visit?
Yes, we are happy to arrange tours of the site if we are able to
fit in with our course programme. Please contact us for more
information.

Do I need to bring my
own PPE?
Suitable protective clothing for operational duties, will be
provided for your use by us. Delegates should provide
additional underclothing which must be cotton based.

what can I do?
Our Complaints Procedure
We value the opportunity to investigate any concerns you may
have about any aspect of our service and are committed to handling
all complaints fairly, thoroughly and promptly.
Who to contact in the first instance
Many concerns can be resolved straight away, therefore, in the
first instance, please get in touch with your usual contact or
instructor if you are a delegate at the college as they will
generally be able to provide you with an immediate response to your
satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the response to your concern or
wish to make a formal complaint please contact our customer
complaints co-ordinator at complaints@fireservicecollege.ac.uk
If we cannot resolve your complaint straight away, we will aim
to resolve your concerns as soon as possible and we will keep you
informed of progress whilst our enquiries are continuing.
