Our Management Structure
College operations are overseen by the Fire Service College
Management Board which, since June 2009, has consisted of
five Executive Directors, including the Chief Executive
and three Non-Executive Directors. Two of the
Non-Executive Directors have been appointed by the Department for
Communities & Local Government (DCLG), with one of the
DCLG appointments acting as Chair. An operational
advisor from the Fire & Rescue Service, the Head of
Human Resources & Change Management and the Business
Assurance Manager also attend all Board meetings.
