FSC retains ISO certification

On the 12th & 13th January 2012 an
independent external auditor visited the Fire Service College to
undertake a re-certification audit against the Quality Management
System Standard ISO 9001:2008.
The Auditor inspected the College's business processes and
procedures before confirming our compliance with the
requirements of the Standard; the College has been successful in
retaining Certification for a further 3 years.
The Certification covers all training delivery activity and its
supporting functions, and includes new product development, sales,
marketing, and delivery of fire and rescue related guidance and
training courses.
